Life is too short to eat fat-free cheese
Thursday, May 05, 2005What the Hall?
Bill Hall easily gets the game ball again for his 3-5 performance last night and has been on an absolute tear over the last 5 games for the Brewers. He has posted a .571 avg during this stretch. That's just sick, sick I say. At this rate he will shatter virtually all Brewer and MLB hitting records. Well, maaaaaybe I'm getting ahead of myself with that, but the kid is simply on fire. He is quickly making rookie JJ Hardy a candidate for some time off. Carlos Lee has started to heat up as well, and Overbay is getting on base at a clip that Bonds was enjoying for the last couple of seasons. When this offense gets going, it's absolutely filthy, filthy I say. Everything is clicking right now, the starters are putting forth good efforts and the bullpen has been dominant, dominant I say. I said the Brewers were going to sweep the Cubs and it will happen, by gum. Let's all enjoy this roller coaster while it lasts. Six straight wins and counting, WHEEEEEEE!!!!!!
